Would you be able to do a more complex animation such as having a looping cast animation of something such as physick/ruin over a grimoire? I kind of would like a pose mimicking the in-game cast animation for that as well. If so could you give me a price

It really depends what you call "cast animation". If you're talking about the pose the character holds when he's casting and the animation on top of the book like this :
I can certainly do it. If it's the whole animation of a cast, I will say no, it would take me too many time to do so  .

Yes that was the pose I meant. His arms do not even have to move but I would like the geometry to move! How much for that?
