Complete character overhaul with a phial of fantasia and a name change? Rounding it up it's £12.  Which sounds like a pretty good deal to me. For comparison's sake, the Sleipnir mount? That's £13.80 Cheaper to do a full change of a character than to buy an optional mount. @Tumblr
