I know my computer has it, but my XIV client still says "Play (DirectX 9)" and the new settings in-game for directx11 (like maximum real time reflections) aren't there. To be an interesting, intriguing, well-written character, there needs to be something to allow the audience to relate to them. That is what the problem is with who wants their character to be "perfect".
