Heya folks!

I've posted here before but I didn't stay long, I'm coming back to the game (hopefully for longer this time) and just wanted to drop by and get some info. I'm going to roll a Miqo'te Keeper, Thurmaturge (with the intent to RP him as mage or magical scholar of some sort) I'd love some info on Miqo'te specific groups, mage/magic specific groups and any others that be like-minded. Let me know if there are questions, concerns or ideas!

Far as Miqo'te groups go that're active, there's Shroudwolf Clan which operates more like a Dungeons & Dragons campaign setting that meets once or twice a week for a session for a few hours. It's great for people who operate on a limited time basis and need to schedule RP, as the pace is a bit slower and easier to keep up with. Right now they're doing events in Stormblood.

I'd also tentatively suggest the Veil, as we have a pretty strong Miqo'te population and a growing clan movement behind it (as the leadership and a good chunk of the membership is all Miqo'te), and you can probably find a pretty strong family there. We tend to have a lot of spontaneous RP both in the world and within the house, and we do community stuff as well. Still, the Veil is still relatively new and evolving and the characters certainly have an influence on that.Â

Finally, you might want to consider tapping Byrn over here for mage RP:Â

Welcome back! Glad to have you, and yeah! I'd be willing for some mage rp. XD But also post in the Making Connection forum about your character too, I'm sure lots of people will have their eyes on you if you do! I know there's plenty of Keeper Miqote clans, but for specific names -- I'm sorry! That's about as much as I know.

Thanks and will do! I have what may seem like a very silly question.. Are Thurmaturges the only class that get the tall "wizard" hats? Or do Arcanists get them as well?
