Finally able to create a character on Balmung today, however my main is on a different server, when or how is it possible to transfer it to the Balmung server???

I'll continue with my Alt for now. Any recommendations for FC or LS that support beginner rpers? (i've Rped on Wow and GW but I wanted a fresh start as i'm using a PS3 as appose to a comp.)
