Nah, that's more like a weekend at the lake than Las Vegas. There are some girls in bikinis but you can't find the kind of entertainment and/or trouble that is readily available in Ul'dah.

As a native of Vegas I can definitely say its Ul'dah. You have gambling, dancing girls, and a coliseum where fights are held. An expensive city that is known for its wealth (vegas is actually broke right now just like Ul'dah is becoming Tongue
