They're doing their best, we just have to be patient. Well, I guess they'll have to be patient as far as my money is concerned since I can't even buy a registration code for the game client sitting on my computer. No, I can't pick it up hard-copy, I live in the Caribbean; its cost half the cost of the game to ship it to me and they will take half a month. Let's not even start on customs. See you guys whenever downloads are allowed again, unless I can get someone to smuggle in a box to me.  Paying $160 for a visa, $600 for a flight just to buy a game that I will have no time to play because my last vacation days are next week...game over for me. *Uninstall* RE: Staying logged in to avoid queues? It's not just their game. We all paid money for it.I understand what you mean, and that's a part of the reason why I don't afk myself. There are many people trying to play and they deserve the chance. But that's exactly why I'm also not against people who afk; in the end, they're also people who want to play. I can only assume that if someone goes as far as leaving their character afk for the whole night, it might be because they know they won't be able to log in at a time where the server is not full. I won't be the one telling them "tough luck. Just don't play"... ^^a;  I simply understand that everyone wants to play, and thus they'll do what they can. (And just for the record, I just came back from lunch and now it seems absolutely impossible to log in). RE: Staying logged in to avoid queues? It has a habit of souring what is otherwise a wonderful experience! Remember, this is the second launch of the exact same game they messed up. ![]() RE: Staying logged in to avoid queues? I'm not sure something as petty as staying logged into a crowded MMO server is completely reflective of your morals as person. People are even throwing out Ghandi quotes? RE: Staying logged in to avoid queues? Don't. - Velkyron - 09-01-2013 I don't really have much to add to this.  I just wanted to show you all what everyone else reading is doing. ![]() RE: Staying logged in to avoid queues? EDIT:  You know, I had an entire thing to put here filled with anger.  Because that's all I ever seem to read.  And now I am being personally attacked. Yes, I don't have a thick skin.  Sue me. But that doesn't give you the right to be offensive and rude. Because all it has become is a thread of anger, negativity, and personal attacks.  You don't believe me? Then read these threads again. Truly thought this place would be different that the beta boards or the main ones. Damn was I wrong. I am sorry I am not perfect as you, Uther.  But that doesn't mean I am not a human being, which many seem to have forgotten now, even you. RE: Staying logged in to avoid queues? I'm annoyed at the current situation too but there's no need to start mudslinging and people are starting to become offended. @Uther Yes, people are rude and unkind and it is a good idea for others to try and develop a thick skin so as to not be as easily offended by such things but don't use that as an excuse to be very blunt with the way you say things when you know there is a good chance people aren't going to take it well. @BloodWillow Tensions are high at the moment, please don't take it personally. It doesn't help that there are many people here of varying opinions as well so just try to see it as it is and not take anything to heart despite what it may seem.
