I can recall people ICly doing all three of those things. So they may not be as obvious OOC signs as you might think... Blush

I was using it constantly because it was new and shiny for like, a day.

Now I just use it when I'm IC or wanting to RP, so it's helpful. :3

I use it when I a IC. Or at least open to it. With Ritsu I sometimes hide in her room and do minor crafting stuff. So if people need to talk to her in there, cause switch gears. I keep it off for when I am doing content, def ooc.

Would I rp with someone who didn't use it?? Certainly, but I am already walk up shy so the symbol does at least make me feel a little more at ease about it.

RP status indicator is for forgetting it exists until I walk into a room full of people using it.

Not sure how many others do this, but I almost always check a character's search info before walkup. So figured others do as well. So now my search info clarifies that "RP Tag = IC" and so far it's worked pretty well.

I can only say that during the first week on Brynhildr, use of the new status has only resulted in an uptick in the appearance of lewd emotes in my whisper tab.

I use it to indicate I am either open to RP, or "RP-friendly", that is, I won't break your immersion.
