To be an interesting, intriguing, well-written character, there needs to be something to allow the audience to relate to them. No matter how many purple text upon logins or the screen.... I still get friends who go "when?" "there's maintenance??"

That's been more of an issue recently because the Eternal Bond purple text is now a permanent fixture for some reason. Before, it used to be that if you saw purple text, you were instantly alerted to maintenance times. Now it's all "ugh EB info not even gonna look".
