I don't think there's much need to fear 'meta-gaming'. If someone does decide to meta-game information that their character wouldn't realistically have at their disposal...then simply take it as a sign that they're not really someone you want to interact with anyway.
So far I haven't encountered any issues in regards to people abusing the information I've laid out over on my character's wiki page. I do choose to keep some stuff deliberately vague, admittedly, but that's more to do with being my personal preference since I don't want to ruin potential surprises in advance.

So, I just put it before the 6 optional stat blocks. If you really want the server to be at the end, you can tag the page manually and add server as one of the 6 optional stats in the infobox.
