Huh... I didn't see that angle... But since it's a new character it's fine. I mean previous winners Are limited to -insert brand/adjective/pronoun here- cards, but only new or those who haven't won get to be chosen for an official card

I'd be more to seeing my character as the Death card over the Hermit. Either works though. I tried for a bit of symbolism too.

I would very much like to put Edda down for the Death card, as it was one of my top three choices for her, I just never entered in the original because... reasons. If by some chance I am selected and Death/Wild Card is already taken, I would gladly concede the Hermit to someone who is better suited to it.

I'm a derp for not having read it more clearly. I'd love to stay in the running for the blank card, but not the official cards. Sorry about that!

Just for fun, the wiki short descriptions of the meanings of those cards are as follows:

Death: Typically it implies an end, possibly of a relationship or interest, and therefore implies an increased sense of self-awarenessâ€”not to be confused with self-consciousness or any kind of self-diminishment.

The hermit actually no longer has an interpretation on Wikipedia, so allow me:

The hermit is a guide, an elder, or an obstacle. The thing you must pass on your way to the next step in your life. This is the gate guardian in your life. The parent who has raised you that you must eventually leave behind. It is the bully that you need to stand up to and from which you will gain your confidence. It could be as simple as the guy at the gas station who tells you where to find the Hilton. You will always cross paths with the hermit on the path of life. You -must- cross paths with the hermit to proceed.
