I don't believe so -- or at least, I haven't seen one. Per the naming conventions post, "Males do not take family names, as they are each considered the ‘origins’ of new families. In place of a family name, they are given a title that denotes their tribe, and their position within it." If you weren't nunh, you wouldn't have the title, and therefore your surname would be Tia.
That said, if a male attempts to create his own tribe by splitting off (as opposed to establishing new territory), he might declare himself nunh but have no women in his breeding group. In that case, he'd be nunh in name only and an outcast from his culture.
At any rate, the fluidity of male Seeker titles makes the fact that we can't get name changes fairly annoying.
