I once saw a person who ICly told me she was every single job in existence, and had the levels to back it up OOCly. ICly, my character didn't buy it because it is truly hard to believe that anyone in a short timeframe could learn how to use a multitude of different weapons, master those, then learn 3 different schools of magic all operating on conflicting principles. She also apparently used Soul Gems to change gear like some sort of anime magical girl, when that isn't the purpose of a Soul Gem at all. They store the power of the person who wielded it before, hence why they're so damn important in the Job questline for the Summoner: More crystals on hand=Bigger, badder Egis.
