Mm. I can understand the idea of the thread, but ultimately this could end in disaster for many, many reasons. I'll go ahead and lock this down per your request~
Venting is healthy! But, for parties involved, it'd likely be easy to infer what's going on, and in the long run that might cause more issues. This is a personal opinion, naturally, but I'd recommend simply talking to people! Obviously not everything can be solved this way, but a lot of situations can easily be handled by just being open and polite with each other. There's always disagreements in RP, and some times it can be best to just agree to disagree.
