She doesn't know that EVERYONE fears Garuda and Primals in general (she has seen someone running in fear or attacking them but she thinks they were just isolated cases), so it WILL happen, at some point, that someone will hear her praying to Garuda. But she won't have loud random outbursts, nor will she try to steal crystals to summon Garuda, UNLESS she's really desperate.
