Please know it's nothing personal or something you've done. Talking to people, in person and online, is very challenging for me. I avoid it because of the anxiety and panic I know I will experience. Sometimes I can overcome it and go for it, but then later the anxiety wins again and I retreat. Which then isn't fair on someone who has spoke to me. This is no excuse, but I hope it shows that it isn't your fault. I'm going to try harder from now on to make sure I reply, if someone does get in contact. It's really kind of you to do so and always makes me feel warm and fuzzy, and you deserve the same respect in return.
