There was a pretty big demand for a server field that could do auto-tagging, so I added it in. I just changed it so that it's fully optional (i.e., if you don't provide it, it doesn't appear, as opposed to defaulting to "Unknown").
In terms of positioning, there's no real way to move fields around in the infobox at a user's command, and no matter where the field is placed, someone isn't going to like it.
So, I just put it before the 6 optional stat blocks. If you really want the server to be at the end, you can tag the page manually and add server as one of the 6 optional stats in the infobox.
