It's just some things to think about. NPC word isn't infallible.
It's not infallible, but I'm not sure there's a case that the Elementals have ill/malicious intentions with regards to this. Â The Elementals for sure want the world to continue, and they for sure think that Mortals are a problem that threatens the continuance of the world...but given the history of mortal man, can you really disagree with them?
