I know you can usually bust out a LB on the first boss if you have enough charge (and even the second if you think you can build up enough before the final one), but I usually see people saving for dropping a two on the last boss as well. It's usually for melee DPS to pop, but I've seen my fair share of casters (and now BRDs and MCHs) that will "steal the glory" and pop it if the melee isn't doing it fast enough for their tastes. Or they just want to see their LB. I dunno.
