Gridania:
Almost complete unknown. Some older members of the Oak Atrium might remember the small Ala Mhigan orphan, but only because of Sounsyy's sister. You'd probably still have to repeat her last name a few times before any spark of recognition occurred, and even then, they'd simply recall she was one of many young children who left to join the Resistance.
Ul'dah:
Longtime coliseum patrons might recall a young Noxius named Mirke the Maimer, but after a few scuffles with the Brass Blades and supposedly a Sultansworn, that poor girl dropped off the radar - probably rotting away in some gaol. More recently, her name started to see a resurgence thanks to her popularity at the Grindstone, however, even that activity has diminished in the wake of the attempted assassination of the Sultana at the banquet some moons ago.
Limsa Lominsa:
Here's a place where mentioning Sounsyy's name will give you more than a "hhmm?" Many will associate the name with a Barracuda Captain who ordered her Levy to hold fast against heavy Garlean assault on the banks of Iron Lake. What few of that Levy survived were all but wiped out only a moon after on the fields of Carteneau. Nowadays, the "Levy-killin' " captain has kept her head down. From tracking down Lominsan criminals to building good relations with merchant companies to her new Levy's patrols of the Merlthor trade routes, the captain has kept herself busy - though she's not been seen or heard from in some time.
Ishgard:
Sounsyy has never been to Ishgard nor has she ever been caught within the boundaries of Coerthas. Seeing as she has no connections with anyone there, she might as well not even exist.
Revenant's Toll:
The last time Sounsyy visited the former Revenant's Toll camp was in the days before the Calamity when the Eorzean Alliance was amassing near the Fields of Carteneau. Much has changed since that time, but as a home for many a refugee and sellsword, you may find the rare soul who remembers Sounsyy there. Rumor has it that one of the city's guards, a Miqo'te woman with a stiff limp, was once a Maelstrom soldier who served under Captain Mirke's command.
