For Orrin:
Ul'Dah: That one lush who drinks the stores of Ishgardian brandy dry at the quicksands and always with a Miqo'te on his arm.
He may have minor recognition with the Sultansworn for being that one troublesome but useful Dragoon that aided in averting an incident some moons ago.
Limsa Lominsa: Who?
Gridania: Who?
Ishgard: Decorated commander and Dragoon, rumored to be of disreputable past due to his name not matching his race (Elezen name, but a Hyur).Â
Among the military he is generally well received, a minor star for surviving the battle at the Steps of Faith and for heading into the churning mists as part of the Dragoon expeditionary force, He has a good track record as a commander of squads and platoons, no one under his command has perished to anything but combat against dragons so generally being assigned to him tends to be received well as a chance for glory.
Among the Nobility, he is begrudgingly tolerated due to his military merit. That doesn't stop other nobility from scrutinizing him at every other turn however. A Hyuran claiming an Elezen name, of a highborn no less is quite an affront after all.
Among the brume born, unless they fight and serve along side him, general distaste is the theme of things, but nothing personally pointed at him, just what's expected from just being nobility.
