For L'yhta:
Ul'dah: Those in the Immortal Flames might recognize the "consulting mage" who sometimes comes by to help out with spell-breaking and other magical problems. She's a member in good standing of the Thaumaturges' Guild, but only goes by rarely, so they're likely to think, "Who?"
Gridania: She's known to the Twin Adder as a consulting mage and someone who mentors younger adventurers and actively fights Garlean incursions into the Shroud; among adventurers and the city's defenders, she's well liked. The Fane doesn't exactly dislike her, per se, but they are quite concerned about the nature of her magical research and would prefer she stop it. Relations on that front are chilly, though she is technically still a member of the guild. Most wouldn't have heard of her (best not to let word of her spread, so the thinking goes, and she's rarely there anyway).
Limsa Lominsa: "Limsa Lominsa's most splendiferous mage," so she calls herself, holds honorary rank in the Maelstrom for her assistance against the sahagin and the kobolds, as well as her readiness to jump into action whenever the Foreign Levy needs help. Her membership in the Adventurers' Guild is based here as well. A not inconsiderable number of Maelstrom personnel and young adventurers have been recipients of her aid and (usually good) advice. She occasionally teaches at the arcanists' guild, specializing in geometry modifications and theoretical arcanima; her standing there is quite positive, though they wish she'd focus more on training new arcanists. Her nephew is currently training at the Coral Tower in the hopes of joining the Yellowjackets, and her personal assistant, Volkido Tekido, is well-known at the docks and in Hawker's Alley, particularly for the odd items he purchases and has imported.
Among the general populace, she's either viewed as a weird, lonely woman with a taste for expensive clothes and massive tips or an exceedingly dangerous mage with her head in the clouds (depending on which rumors you hear). She has positive relations with the craft guilds, particularly Naldiq and Vymelli's; she's known to bring them curious designs for them to fabricate, particularly involving strange and rare materials.
Ishgard: Outside of the Athaeneum Astrologicum, where her Free Company is currently a guest to trade magical research, she's completely unknown. Some Ishgardian units outside of the city proper have reported a miqo'te on a blue chocobo swooping down from the skies and employing powerful fire magic to destroy those attacking them, but the reports are sporadic.
Revenant's Toll: She's known as one of the many skilled adventurers here and a regular of Rowena's. She spent several moons helping to clear out dangerous local wildlife and studying the corrupted crystal formations. In general, here, she blends into the masses, so the average citizen's likely to say, "Who?"
Idyllshire: She's known as an explorer of the ruins of Sharlayan, with a particular interest in the Gubal Library. She actively harries and assaults the Illuminati, going so far as to lay traps for them and generally make herself a nuisance. It seems as though she sees it as something of a game. Just as in Revenant's Toll, though, the average citizen is likely to respond with, "Who?"
