For Orieldis, gonna skip the alts at present.

She's contractually obligated to do so as part of a courier assignment.

She's hunting the same Mark as said stranger.

She's gathering plants in the same field or of the same kind as the stranger.

The stranger appears in an unusual place or remote landmark.

The stranger is performing and unfamiliar song or story.
