For Evangeline: 1) She thinks the person is bullying or opressing someone else! Death to Tyrants! 2) She thinks the person is being bullied or otherwise oppressed (could apply to anyone) 3) They're a Female Roe or Elezen (Eva has a thing for women that are taller than her) 4) She wants to ask them for aid or support in her revolutionary activities. Could be money, information, etc. 5) She hears anyone mention the Twelve as anything other than a bunch of BIG PHONIES. Evangeline is that annoying militant aethiest you all knew in highschool.
