I was expecting the Cerulean Order vs. Crimson Legion conflict to play a much larger part in the lore, the main story seems to focus on the Hongmoon or whatever. I guess I never really got out of the "tutorial" part of the game, though. I didn't have much time to play this weekend. Dammit, I want a game that will indulge my childhood kung fu fantasies. Age of Wulin just straight up takes place in the jianghu wuxia alternate history of Jin Yong novels like Legend of the Condor Heroes and The Smiling Proud Wanderer, and a lot of martial arts schools are lifted directly from the books.
