Not enough of them around to be honest, drug trade is alive and well in Ul'dah, but you can buy anything there ICly really. Seen rare artifacts, slaves, prostitution, drugs, livestock and mounts, you name it, and I've seen it traded. Really makes you think about how Ul'dah must really be deep down, a city founded on greed and the worth of the soul weighed in gold. Paints you a very different picture than this rosy utopian world where Sultansworn and other factions are the ultimate rule of law in the land, and keep peace. A city that rots from the inside out.
