Five thousand words. No one will read this entire thing. Prove me wrong, why don't you?

Show Content
Part 1: The Basics1.What is your full name?
    T'ranu Ihka. Nice to meetcha!

2.Where and when were you born?
Um, I don't actually know where I was born, but I do know I was born on the 18th of the fifth Astral Moon in the year 1550 of the sixth Astral Era. Boy, what a mouthful! I really need to come up with a short form for this!

3.Who are/were your parents?  (Know their names, occupations, personalities, etc.)
Mother, T'korra Kihri, was a great warrior, fierce and unbending. Of course, that's just another way of saying she was a massive pain in the ass, but I try not to dishonor her memory so. She did care for us greatly - she just had an unusual way of showing it.
Father, T'Ihka Nunh, on the other hand, was a carpenter. Very simple, plain man, but very wise. I'm... not actually sure how he retained Nunh status. He was probably a great fighter too, in the past - maybe a pugilist? But he never told me about it for some reason. I think he gave up on it after he had enough children. Smart, come to think of it - you don't need to keep Nunh status after you've had all the children you want, right?

4.Do you have any siblings?  What are/were they like?
As far as direct siblings go, there were three of us! Emphasis on "were". They... were taken by the Calamity. But that's not what the question was, right? Right!
So, first off, I had a little brother. His name was T'rohn Tia, and he was a quirky fellow. Very fascinated with Garlean magitek, and he had a knack for it, too. As for how he got his hands on Garlean technology in the first place? Well... some things are best left unsaid. And it's all in the past, anyway.
So I also had an older sister, T'runa Ihka. I gather you're starting to pick up on the naming convention? Heh. Anyway, me and my older sister were pretty much rivals... all the way up until the point where I left home to see the world. We competed with each other in everything. Of course this meant we were on each other's cases a lot of the time, but it was still loads of fun. I'm going to miss her...
But, before I forget, I should mention that I also had a bunch of half-siblings, mostly on my father's side. Kind of typical for Seekers, y'know? I didn't spend as much time with them as my blood-siblings, however. That's just how things ended up.

5.Where do you live now, and with whom?  Describe the place and the person/people.
Um, well, I'm a kind of a... a vagabond, y'see. And that's by choice, too! I move around a lot, 'cause I wanna see the world, y'know? I travel alone at the moment, but who knows how long that'll last?

6.What is your occupation?
Well... I used to travel and hunt and fish for my own food, but ever since the Calamity, things have... changed. Things happened, and I decided to become a warrior. One of the best decisions I ever made! I get paid, and I still get to travel and see the world, and every day is always so exciting! Yeah, even the days where nothing really happens and I'm just playing bodyguard for someone! There's always so many new people to meet and chat with!

7.Write a full physical description of yourself.  You might want to consider factors such as: height, weight, race, hair and eye color, style of dress, and any tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks.
Well, um, I'm like, 4'8", kind of embarrassing... but it's inherited, see, 'cause my mother was a shortie too, right? But I've got some pretty sweet muscles! (flexes) All a part of my training! Although... I think my boobs kind of shrunk in the process. Not that anyone cares about that, right? Oh, and I weigh at about 134 ponz. Pretty crazy for a girl, yeah? Of course I'm a Sun Seeker, you already knew that from the name (I hope)! I've got dark black hair, dark brown eyes, I wear plenty of plate, 'cause I am a warrior, and I have these three neat birth marks on my cheek and the bridge of my nose. Yeah, that's right, they're not scars! Who in the world gets three scars in perfectly symmetrical positions like that anyway?

8.To which social class do you belong?
Well, I'm a soldier now, so I guess whatever class soldiers belong to? I used to be poor, though. Really poor. Like 'hunt my own food' poor. I mentioned that, didn't I?

9.Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?
Hehe. I'm actually one of the really lucky ones! I'm not allergic to anything, and my, what do they call it? My immune system, yeah, that's it, it's pretty strong, too! Like if my immune system were an army, it'd be up there with the three Grand Companies, full of spirit and healthy, well-armed soldiers! Or something like that. And of course I'm a spectacular warrior, so nope, no weaknesses here!

10. Are you right- or left-handed?
    I'm a righty!

11. What does your voice sound like?
I've heard it described as kind of... scratchy? Something like that, anyway. It's kind of in the middle-high range as far as females go.

12. What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently?
"Yo!" Also, "y'know", "you see", "yeah", "right?", annnd so on.

13. What do you have in your pockets?
This is a weird question. You know, I don't really have much in my pockets right now besides my potions, come to think of it. A bit of travel food and a couple canteens... hmm, yeah.

14. Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?
I'm kind of excitable, I guess? Also, I tend to run my mouth off given the chance. Am I doing that now? I hope not. I don't want to scare anyone away!
Besides that? People say I act kind of boyish sometimes. I don't really know what that means, though! And nobody can ever really explain it to me, either. I guess it's one of those "you know it when ya see it" kinda things.

Part 2: Growing Up15. How would you describe your childhood in general?
It was loads of fun! Some hard times, true, but I can't say I've lived a hard life. That'd be insulting to the people who've really had it bad. We lived in a small town where everybody knew each other, and that's the way we liked it.

16. What is your earliest memory?
Hmmm, that's pretty far back. I guess it's that one time mother helped me after I fell from a tree and scraped my knee when I was four? I THINK I was four at the time... this is hard! At any rate, nothing before that I can recall.

17. How much schooling have you had?
A pretty decent amount. I can read and write, and I'm not ignorant of Eorzean history or anything. Actually, that history is what got me interested in traveling the world! It's surprising just how much you can get out of something as simple as an old ruin. I don't mean treasure, by the way. I should mention that, since we were a small town, we only had a couple teachers and a really small building to serve as the "school".

18. Did you enjoy school?
Sure, it was fun! Although it could have been better, I suppose. There were lots of things the teachers couldn't answer, and it's not because they were uneducated or anything. A bunch of the other kids were way too easily distracted, too.

19. Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?
This is a silly question! I learn everything over time, like everyone else. Some things I learned in school, some things at home, and other things... elsewhere. Like my warrior skills - a lot of it I picked up from my time with the Marauders' guild in Limsa Lominsa.

20. While growing up, did you have any role models?  If so, describe them.
My mother, of course! She was such a badass. And terrifying. I'd love to be as terrifying as her one day. Well, as long as I don't scare off any potential mates, that is. It's lonely at the top, isn't it?

21. While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family?
I think I said this before. Mother... was kind of cold, but I knew she loved us. Father was the bigger influence, I think. He loved to tell stories. I never did ask where he picked those up - some of them must have been from his own experience, come to think of it. And of course I got along well with my siblings, though me and T'runa did fight a lot. It was never really malicious, though. At least, I don't think it was...

22. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A historian! An explorer! An adventurer! I wanted to see the world. And I did! I saw a lot of it! But still, there were a lot of places I could never go because it was just too dangerous, so I'm hoping I'll get to see those places now that I'm a warrior!

23. As a child, what were your favorite activities?
Oh, so many of those! I'd read old books (one of the teachers kept a nice library for us), I'd climb trees and buildings and we'd play with the other kids and father would tell me stories an' it was just endless fun! And work, too, of course, but the question was about my favorite stuff, right?

24. As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?
I was definitely very curious and energetic - wait, come to think of it, I haven't really changed much, have I? Anyway, I was never really big on conflict - I was more into friendly competition, like with my sister - so I was kind of mellow, too, at least compared some of the other kids that liked to pick fights and stuff.

25. As a child, were you popular?  Who were your friends, and what were they like?
Hmmm... I guess I was kind of popular, now that you mention it. I think that's because I helped defend people from bullies a couple times. That wasn't so much fun, though... always so much tension. 'Fraid I don't really remember much of my friends, either - since I left when I was 16, I haven't seen any of them for 11 years now. Wow.

26. When and with whom was your first kiss?
(face immediately flushes red) U-um... can I skip this one? Y-yeah, I'll skip this one...

27. Are you a virgin?  If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity?
Another silly question! I've never heard of a Miqo'te in her 20s still a virgin - although if there is, I'd sure like to meet her! Anyway, I'm not so sure I wanna share the details here... it's kind of... personal? Not that I'm a prude or anything, y'know, just... ehhh...

28. If you are a supernatural being (i.e. mage, werewolf, vampire), tell the story of how you became what you are or first learned of your own abilities.  If you are just a normal human(oid), describe any influences in your past that led you to do the things you do today.
It was the Calamity. The Calamity convinced me the world needs heroes, plus, um, I kind of needed something to help keep my mind off of... everyone. Everyone I lost. I don't like to dwell on it much, you know? Gotta keep moving forward. So that's how it is nowadays.

Part 3: Past Influences
29. What do you consider the most important event of your life so far?
When I finally decided to strike out on my own! There's no way anything else can compare. Living out there on my lonesome, taking care of myself, not being able to depend on anyone else... there's just nothing else like it.

30. Who has had the most influence on you?
That's a tough one. I guess it'd have to be my father by default? He's the one who convinced me to go travel the world, after all! I'll never forget him...

31. What do you consider your greatest achievement?
The very first time I took down my own big game! It was frightening, to say the least. I had no experience whatsoever, but I won out in the end! The meat was delicious, too.

32. What is your greatest regret?
...Never did come back to meet my family again before the Calamity struck. I always wonder how much had changed since I left. Now I'll never know.

33. What is the most evil thing you have ever done?
Hah... I'm not gonna lie, I've stolen a few things here and there. Robbed a few people. I guess the most evil would be this one time I robbed the client of this cute Keeper boy. See, the client was really wealthy and powerful, and he was LOADED with gil. Unfortunately, he also had a good memory, and the Keeper boy was the last thing he saw, so I *kind of* ended up making him a fugitive in the process. Still, by the time the authorities went out to find him, he was long gone anyway, and so was I. Not too shabby in the grand scheme of things.

34. Do you have a criminal record of any kind?
Heh, well, nobody's caught me yet, so I would say 'no'! But as for whether or not I've been involved in crimes, well...

35. When was the time you were the most frightened?
When the Calamity struck! It was the most terrifying time of my life, and I bet for everyone else who lived through it, too. I was most certain that "this is the end". Good thing I was wrong, aye?

36. What is the most embarrassing thing ever to happen to you?
I once streaked through a town naked after I lost a bet. Though it was the most embarrassing thing I've ever done, it was also kind of... exhilarating? Am I... am I a pervert?

37. If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be, and why?
To have visited my family before the Calamity struck, naturally. Just that one thing...

38. What is your best memory?
Wow, that's, um, a little too intimate for me to talk about. Sorry!

39. What is your worst memory?
...When I found out that my family died during the Calamity. Nothing else could possibly compare. I still... kind of choke up a little, when I recall it. But still, I'm not going to break down in tears in front of you or anything!

Part 4: Beliefs And Opinions
40. Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic?
Um... kind of neither? What's the word for in-between... "realistic"? I mean there are some bad people out there doing bad things, and sometimes things just don't go your way... but at the same time, there's a lot to love about life, you know? I guess I prefer optimism, but not when it gets in the way of proper self-preservation. You need to be at least a little afraid of things - or show proper respect - to stay alive, right?

41. What is your greatest fear?
Nothing anymore. I kind of... lost my fear, after the Calamity. Nothing can ever compare to that event. Except another calamity, of course. Gods forbid such a thing ever comes to pass!

42. What are your religious views?
What's there to discuss? The Twelve are out there, watching us... but for whatever reason their reach is limited in Eorzea. It's okay, I'm sure they have their circumstances! Still, it's such a shame that they couldn't stop Bahamut's rampage...

43. What are your political views?
Aw, man, I hate this topic! You know how everyone gets all heated and everything when they talk about this? I can't do that - I'm just not that invested. I mean, hey, I travel the world all the time - as far as I'm concerned, all of Eorzea, if not all of Hydaelyn, is my homeland!

44. What are your views on sex?
It's fun! But, uh, after the first child, well, I've become kind of paranoid about contraception. I really, really don't want to go through that again. Funny, come to think of it, I don't really look like the type to be a mother, do I? But that's why the child's being taken care of someone else... Anyway, as long as you take responsibility, you can do whatever you want as far as I'm concerned. Just, um, be careful, right?

45. Are you able to kill?  Under what circumstances do you find killing to be acceptable or unacceptable?
Well, I can, and I have, but we're probably thinking about two different things here. I primarily kill for sustenance, y'know, for food, right? When it comes to people I prefer not to kill if it's possible, but as a warrior, that can be kind of difficult to manage... And when it comes to a life-or-death situation, I'd rather live, y'know? That's really what it comes down to. When self-preservation is at stake, you just have to do what you have to do.

46. In your opinion, what is the most evil thing any human being could do?
This is too difficult to answer... I think the worst thing any single individual can do is completely ignore the suffering and ailing of others. Of course, this means intentionally harming someone falls under this banner. There are degrees here, naturally, and the most evil would be at the very largest scale of someone having loads of money and opportunity and actively using it to suppress others - which is why I am really not a fan of The Syndicate and prefer to stay out of Ul'dah if at all possible. Massacre and genocide is about as bad, but you have to consider that the oppressed will suffer for their entire lifetimes while someone who's dead is no longer suffering...

47. Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love?
Ahahaha! What a ridiculous concept. I think only naive children can really believe in this.

48. What do you believe makes a successful life?
Hmmm. When you're happy with what you're doing, and you make others happy in the process. Something like that.

49. How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings (i.e. do you hide your true self from others, and in what way)?
Well, this is a tough one! I guess I would say I try to keep a good face, but I'm not afraid to be honest when the situation calls for it. And I try not to force myself to do things I'd really rather not do.

50. Do you have any biases or prejudices?
I'm not gonna lie, I don't really understand the people who stay in one place while complaining about how terrible that place is. If you really don't like it so much, why don't you just move out? I had no trouble with that, and I didn't even have a gil on me when I left. I guess you just can't do much when you don't have the skills, huh?

51. Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances?  Why do you refuse to do it?
Well, I won't steal from the poor. Should be obvious why. I also won't give to the poor, however. I mean, I'm not exactly rich myself, right? Plus, it's like that saying goes - "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."
Also, I won't betray people for gil. I hate that kind of attitude. Makes you... less than human, really.

52. Who or what, if anything, would you die for (or otherwise go to extremes for)?
I, uh... um. I guess I would die if I could undo the Calamity, but come on, as if that's ever going to happen!

Part 5: Relationships With Others
53. In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)?  Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how?
I tend to keep people at arm's length. For their own safety, really. I mean, I move around so much, it'd be bad for someone to really get attached to me when they won't see me for months at a time, right? Plus, after the Calamity happened, well...

54. Who is the most important person in your life, and why?
At the moment? I suppose that would be my child. She's really the only family I have left, after the Calamity. I... kind of feel bad about leaving her with the father, but I still come back and see her every so often.

55. Who is the person you respect the most, and why?
I, uh... wow. This is a tough question. I can't really just pick one person, you know? In fact, I'd really rather not. Pass.

56. Who are your friends?  Do you have a best friend?  Describe these people.
I don't really have many friends. I move around so much that I haven't had a chance to really make those kinds of connections, y'know?

57. Do you have a spouse or significant other?  If so, describe this person.
I suppose it would have to be the father of my child, but we're not really a couple. And come on, Seeker society doesn't believe in monogamy anyway!

58. Have you ever been in love?  If so, describe what happened.
Nope! It's kind of an alien emotion to me. I mean, there's people I love, but being IN love? I don't know how that works!

59. What do you look for in a potential lover?
I guess it'd have to be someone I can travel with and who's okay with all my faults. I don't want anything special, really - I have no illusions of some star-crossed lover or anything like that.

60. How close are you to your family?
This... this is kind of a tactless question. Have you been paying attention at all?

61. Have you started your own family?  If so, describe them.  If not, do you want to?  Why or why not?
Well, I haven't really... I have one little girl, and that's about it. She's an adorable little thing - she has my eyes but the father's beautiful blonde hair, and she's absolutely chock-full of energy! I think she'll grow up to be a fine young woman.

62. Who would you turn to if you were in desperate need of help?
I, uh... well, damn. I don't really have an answer to this question, haha. I should go fix that.

63. Do you trust anyone to protect you?  Who, and why?
Certainly not mercenaries! They always go for whoever is the highest bidder. It'd have to be someone who's infatuated with me, and there are plenty of those to go around!

64. If you died or went missing, who would miss you?
I suppose my little girl would. Maybe her father, too, but I don't get the impression he cares for me that much. That might just be because I move around so much, tho.

65. Who is the person you despise the most, and why?
Bahamut. Who else? Guy's an asshole. Killing so many people just because he was angry.

66. Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict?
How about 'neither'? I try to settle things peacably.

67. Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations?
What? Hell no! I'm a loner by nature. There's no way that'd work out.

68. Do you like interacting with large groups of people?  Why or why not?
Yeah, this isn't really my thing, either. It's just so... chaotic.

69. Do you care what others think of you?
Not particularly. I mean, I prefer to be respected if nothing else, but I'm not going out of my way to please someone who's displeased with me.

Part 6: Likes And Dislikes
70. What is/are your favorite hobbies and pastimes?
Fishing. Fishing is nice and relaxing. And the catch can be sooo tasty when prepared right.

71. What is your most treasured possession?
Hmmm, probably the compass my father gave me when I left home for the first time. Without that, I'd probably have perished!

72. What is your favorite color?
Orange! Especially the vibrant hues. They're so striking!

73. What is your favorite food?
Ooohhh, that's a tough one. I think I like properly prepared beef jerky the most. It's expensive to prepare if you like it seasoned like I do, but it's absolutely worth it! It can keep for weeks at a time, too, which is great for a traveler like me.

74. What, if anything, do you like to read?
Hm, why not everything? I like to read everything. Even the bad stuff can be informative sometimes, in the way of teaching you what NOT to do in writing. Hehe.

75. What is your idea of good entertainment (consider music, movies, art, etc.)?
Books are great, and I love good music too. I've never seen a play for myself, but I also love comedy! Sculpture is pretty great, too - it's amazing what people can do with a chisel and some stone.

76. Do you smoke, drink, or use drugs?  If so, why?  Do you want to quit?
Not really. I just can't afford it, honestly. I don't make much money and these things all cost money. Also, I've heard nasty things about people who smoke a lot.

77. How do you spend a typical Saturday night?
    "Saturday"? I, uh... what?

78. What makes you laugh?
Oh? You know, there's not an easy way to answer this. Humor is just one of those things... you either get it or you don't. That said, a good comedian is always nice - especially the ones that can point out the absurd in the mundane!

79. What, if anything, shocks or offends you?
The divide between the rich and the poor always offends me. Why does money give people so much power? It makes no sense to me.

80. What would you do if you had insomnia and had to find something to do to amuse yourself?
    Masturbate.

...Was that too blunt?

81. How do you deal with stress?
    I laugh. It's a terrible habit.

82. Are you spontaneous, or do you always need to have a plan?
Both. A plan is nice, but you have to be able to react to changing situations, too.

83. What are your pet peeves?
    People obsessing over money.

Part 7: Self Images And Etc.
84. Describe the routine of a normal day for you.  How do you feel when this routine is disrupted?
Well, let's see... I wake up, do a bit of grooming, and then figure out what I'm gonna do for meals that day. The rest depends on whether I'm in the city or in the wilds. If I'm in the city, I'll often go sightseeing, maybe doing a bit of climbing in the process. If I'm in the wilds, I'll wander around and familiarize myself with the landscape. That last bit's important, because you never know when you're going to run into a hive of bandits.

This routine being disrupted is actually the routine for me, hehehe.

85. What is your greatest strength as a person?
I'm resiliant. I can take everything you can throw at me!

86. What is your greatest weakness?
I'm... kind of impulsive, I guess? Sometimes I don't really think things through...

87. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I wish I could heal faster. Sometimes these insect bites just last way too long...

88. Are you generally introverted or extroverted?
Extroverted, really. I mean, you probably guessed that from hearing me, right?

89. Are you generally organized or messy?
Organized. Well, you have to be, when you're living alone like I am. I can't imagine anyone surviving while not knowing where every single tool in their backpack is located.

90. Name three things you consider yourself to be very good at, and three things you consider yourself to be very bad at.
    Surviving; hunting; fighting.

Being a "respectable woman of class"; Patience; Keeping my hands to myself.

91. Do you like yourself?
I do! I do like myself. I think that's important, y'know, to be healthy. If I didn't believe I could do the things I do, well, that wouldn't get me very far, now, would it?

92. What are your reasons for being an adventurer (or doing the strange and heroic things that RPG characters do)?  Are your real reasons for doing this different than the ones you tell people in public?  (If so, detail both sets of reasons…)
I'm doing it because I don't want to see another Calamity happen. That's the truth of it, pure and simple.

93. What goal do you most want to accomplish in your lifetime?
Hmmm... maybe to see Bahamut put away for good. That would be nice.

94. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I can't tell you that, really. I could be on another continent for all I know!

95. If you could choose, how would you want to die?
Ah... quick and painless, I suppose. I'm not sure I want to die of old age, heh.

96. If you knew you were going to die in 24 hours, name three things you would do in the time you had left.
I'd, well, I'd go see my child one last time, then I'd go get drunk and party. And then I'd cry. I'd cry buckets.

97. What is the one thing for which you would most like to be remembered after your death?
Being instrumental in the final death of Bahamut! Or saving the world, even. I guess they're both one in the same?

98. What three words best describe your personality?
    Hyperactive; strong-willed; pragmatic.

99. What three words would others probably use to describe you?
    Slut; thief; selfish.

100. If you could, what advice would you, the player, give to your character?  (You might even want to speak as if he or she were sitting right here in front of you, and use proper tone so he or she might heed your advice…)
Go talk with people, and make some actual contacts. Being a loner isn't all it's cut out to be.
