Question about naming conventions.

I will choose a different name if the name Mike is too different from lore to be useable but the main reason I made this thread was more-so for personal opinions of other Roleplayers. What would you think if you seen the name Mike in Final Fantasy? Would you accept it, not want me in the group, or tell me to change it to fit lore better? I just want some personal opinions.
