I MUCH prefer to see "I'm not going to roll on their server because I don't enjoy their presence" than seeing "I'm going to roll on their server just to grief and troll them" as was the case in WoW even though there were official dedicated RP servers there. From my experience roleplaying in Champions Online, I think we should be fine, especially since we have taken steps that the CORP didn't back then, in showing our nice smiling face to the rest of the community.
