For some reason I HIGHLY doubt you'd get banned if you stood around ERPing graphically in a massive crowd of people. I've seen people doing it in public chat, you know, on purpose. And Square seems kinda ambivalent on if they even care about reports right now. They've got their hands full still trying to ramp the game into full swing and crank out all the features, ferret out the RMT hydra who's heads keep respawning even more numerously, and deal with 'more important' things that people typing sexual expletives that would be obfuscated at least to some extent, by the profanity filter.
