Gilgamesh's hotspots tend to be in Limsa Lominsa, at the Bismarck and Wench, and prime times vary. Â I'm on EST, and generally find the most people to be around in the evening, although there is still quite the daytime crowd.
There's also two events coming up for the server - a Christmas Ball and Tavern Night - which are on the calender. Â The latter is where I went to break into the community in-game, and I've made some lasting friends from that.
