At the end of every boss they would all pop up and you had to do the "Atatatatatata" attack lol; was lots of fun.  In regards to book fighting...When I was leveling scholar on Denn I found an iron book around level 30 that was literally the size of a Lalafell torso...So in theory...you could probably have an actual book fight.
