Hey! I apologize for how long this took, I had written a reply the other day and possibly forgot to hit "post'.
At any rate, here's the deal. This is to reward/promote open world RP so I'm not planning on following folks around "watching" them do things to make sure. It's mostly an honor system. However, I will be watching other things like how long everyone participates and what the characters talk about IC.
Does that mean people can pull one over on me? Sure. No biggie.

I've purchased a little property in Mist Ward 4 (Since Ward 1 is full >.<) and I'm nearly finished building a teahouse and medical clinic to do a few events in around the Open World stuff and to use as a fun hub for everyone. I know folks have spots all over the place now, but I wanted to do this and I did. Yay me.
