Ultimately, though, it seems best as a place to mingle and meet people, rather than as a destination for serious RP itself. But for that purpose its terrific.
I think just like in real life how there is a lot of flirting and stuff going around in places that revolve around alcohol, you are going to find the same here, but its not all flirty. Denn for one likes to start bar fights because she is awesome like that

There is some open world RP as well, not as much as tavern, but that is probably because the taverns are an easy location for people to all gather together at instead of being spread out in various parts of the world. I do catch people walking around quite often though and sometimes just stalk them for fun which probably weirds them outÂ
