Kage blinked and nearly jumped in the air at the slamming water before turning his confused gaze to Aya. He watched her with wide eyes before watching Hornet walk away. He bowed his head slightly in the Roegadyn's direction before murmuring apologies to Aya.
Walking forward, Kage slipped out a pouch of his own before handling the one Hornet dropped. He tossed it once or twice in his palm, making a quick guess and estimation of how much Hornet had left inside. Leaving his own heavier pouch on the counter, he brought back Hornet's pouch to Aya, whispering with a downturned gaze, "If you see her again, please return this to her. I only know of her as Hornet."
With a pained expression, Kage lifted one of Natalie's arm's gently over and around his shoulders. He turned his face, a small tear dropping down as he rubbed a thumb gently over one of his cheeks. "None of it is fair Nat... None of it, especially here in Ul'dah." With an exhale he slowly carried Natalie away, outside of Quicksand towards home with his head bowed.
