I have to keep mine afloat to support my retainers and their families. There's also aether manipulation and the like, I've wanted to figure out the science behind what comes with instinct for me. Always gil is a priority, how do I make more without compromising myself too much, yanno?" Nymeia, the Spinner — Does you have any extraordinary skills in crafting? ● "I get pissed off just threading the needle. Yeah no, I can't crafting things..well not yet. I really want to try my hand at cooking. Don't you want to learn how to cook and not have to shovel garbage up your mouth? I do. Who or what would you bring with you? ● "Vacation huh? Now that's something I haven't heard in a loooong time. I guess...Costa del Sol maybe somewhere nice and quiet away from the hussle and bustle. It was what Skaenorn and Popoto and rest told me at least. Where is home? Funny question, the road I guess? I don't have the money to get myself a house and all my workers just meet up in some small rented space for set times in a day which I sometimes pass out in." Any of them affected your reactions or behavior now? ● "Is it too late for me to say I don't have memories from my childhood...or anything from before three years ago? Not too late? Yes." Rhalgr, the Destroyer — If you had the power, what would you destroy?  ● "The power to destroy huh..that's...that's something heavy for me to wield. Well I guess if I had to I'd umm...well. I'd like to avoid using that power unless it's necessary for protecting Aaron and Aleria Frostheart or my retainers or what little amount of friends I have." Azeyma, the Warden — Who has been the most important role model in your life? ● "Role model...yeah I got nothing. Shocking right? I'm not talking as much for this question. I really can't remember who or what was in my past beyond three years ago." Nald’thal, the Traders — What does you do for a living? What is your favorite job to work on? What is your least favorite job to do? ● "I guess I'm an adventurer but I still get gil from Skaenorn, he sets aside a cut for me to use for my own wants from the business's profits... Yes an allowance. Bite me. What do I like to work on? Making explosions and I guess it's boring if nothing explodes...like running the business I supposedly inherited. What? Skaenorn and Popoto are doing a good job, have been for a while too."  Nophica, the Matron — Describe your parents? Who is your mother? Who is your father? ● "Can I say deceased? Funny story but I'll try to shorten it as much as I can. No, you do not get a choice in this, you approached me for an interview you sit down and listen." *Quickcasts Freeze*  "Now let's see, two years ago I woke up from a very long sleep people thought I was dead. Healers said I wasn't but hey six months is a long time for someone to be sleeping. Aaanyway, my parents decided it was time to declare me dead. Lo and behold I woke up and they thought I was a zombie. Oh yeah that Thal guy presiding over my funeral ate a fireball to the face and my parents died from the shock of learning I was a zombie. Who were they? No idea to be honest, I don't even have their names." Althyk, the Keeper — If you could go back into the past and change one thing, what would it be and why? ● "I'd well, I want to learn my past first before I temper with it. That means finding the shards of a soulstone I used to have. Now these shards apparently still carry fragments of power and my memories with them but let's save that for another time. If I had to well....rewind the clock a few days ago. I want to be able to tell myself to turn around instead of trying to get to the South Shroud by way of getting my ass handed to me by a miqo'te named Caex. But that's not the point, the point is I avoid both eating the ass whooping stance, which is the small thing, and further aggravating Aaron because my damned wounded pride, which is the big thing. I really...I guess I really crossed the line then and there, something I shouldn't have done as his big sister figure. His dad was a flirt Rougue who if it had two legs and was female he'd attempt to bang it. Menphina, the Lover — Does your character have any lovers? ● None, and though he's not actively looking he does enertain the thought of having one eventually. Thaliak, the Scholar — What topics or subjects does your character like to learn about? ● Culture, traditions of various races and regions, as well as their unique exports. Nymeia, the Spinner — Does your character have any extraordinary skills in crafting? ● Not at all. Which is why he holds such great respect for artisans and does everything he can to ensure their goods reach the right markets, and for the most favorable prices he can snag for them.  Llymlaen, the Navigator — What is your character’s dream vacation? Where would they go? Who or what would they bring with them? ● Where coin flows, he's often nearby. Though for him such getaways are less about location, and more about company. A chance to relax, be himself, indulge in food, drink, and company. A break from being 'the Tradesman' is a holiday in itself. Oschon, the Wanderer — Where is your character from? Where do they consider their home to be now? ● Ishgard, born and raised. However, upon leaving Ishgard in favor of providing his Militant family with imports from lands far beyond their own he soon found himself unable to return home. Now he resides within Ul'dah, and Gardinia until he can return to his beloved city. Byregot, the Builder — What are the building blocks of your character’s personality from their childhood that determines their reactions and behaviors as an adult? ● He barely remembers much, though old hatreds run deep, as does a refusal to be anything but what he desires for himself. Rhalgr, the Destroyer — If your character had the power, what would they destroy?  ● Nothing. Everything in the world in purchased and sold with coin and blood. Some things, and their consequences come with far too high of a cost. Azeyma, the Warden — Who has been the most important role model in your character’s life? ● He's yet to come across any individuals who have made such an impression upon him. Though only time will tell if such a trend will change. Nald’thal, the Traders — What does your character do for a living? What is their favorite job to work on? What is their least favorite job to do? ● He is a trader, and a prince to the trade empire of his family name. He is also a man who aims to keep himself well connected, resourceful, and respected. His favorite 'duty' however, is taking care of the various companions and courtesans he meets, and like a shepherd to his flock, he ensures that they are protected, cared for, and able to chase their own aspirations. Least favorite? Dealing with the politics that come with what he is, and what he does. Nophica, the Matron — Describe your character’s parents? Who is their mother? Who is their father? ● Levinth's father was a proud man. The son of a long line of dragoons that served Ishgard for generations and helped the Dunant family rise to their current seat upon the pillar of nobility. He was strict, intolerant, and held high expectations of others. Levinth's mother however, was a kinder woman.. seeking simply to enjoy life to it's fullest and helping others do much the same since she had the means to provide opportunity, and means. Althyk, the Keeper — If your character could go back into the past and change one thing, what would it be and why? ● Nothing, everything that has happened, had to happen for him to become what he is today. Who or what would they bring with them? ● If it weren't for their current states, it would be Ala Mhigan or Doma. Oschon, the Wanderer — Where is your character from? Azeyma, the Warden — Who has been the most important role model in your character’s life? ● Robert Colt and Ninifie Nira as far as PCs go. What is their least favorite job to do? ● Right now, her primary job is mining, and it is oddly enough, her favorite. She used to do janitorial work in halatali, which she grew to dislike. Menphina, the Lover — Does your character have any lovers? ● Depending on how you define "lovers", two. Thaliak, the Scholar — What topics or subjects does your character like to learn about? ● He likes to study arcanima and healing, though he's not particularly skilled with it and finds it slow-going. Nymeia, the Spinner — Does your character have any extraordinary skills in crafting? ● He likes to make jewelry, favoring either delicate earrings or big necklaces. It's one of his most secret pleasures, but he loves to see women wearing his creations. Llymlaen, the Navigator — What is your character’s dream vacation? Where would they go? Who or what would they bring with them? ● Howl would be up for a week or three out on a deserted tropical island somewhere with a certain special someone. Oschon, the Wanderer — Where is your character from? Where do they consider their home to be now? ● He's from his tribal lands in the southeast Sagolii, but considers Ul'dah his home now. Byregot, the Builder — What are the building blocks of your character’s personality from their childhood that determines their reactions and behaviors as an adult? ● He was the somewhat pampered youngest son of the previous Nunh by his favorite mate, who was protected from many of life's harsh realities by his overprotective older brother. After their father's death and Howl's move to Ul'dah, that security blanket was ripped away. Rhalgr, the Destroyer — If your character had the power, what would they destroy? ● Howl's had enough death and destruction in his life, but if he had to pick something, he'd destroy the Dravanians. He's lost a lot of himself to them. Azeyma, the Warden — Who has been the most important role model in your character’s life? ● Howl's father was probably his biggest influence and shaper of his behavior. Nald’thal, the Traders — What does your character do for a living? What is their favorite job to work on? What is their least favorite job to do? ● He is a professional gambler who plays everything from high-stakes card games to dicing in the streets with near-penniless refugees, though he prefers the former to the latter. Nophica, the Matron — Describe your character’s parents? Who is their mother? Who is their father? ● His father was one of the previous Nunhs of the Ha tribe and one of its founders when they originally split off. His mother died in childbirth bearing him. His father was a dynamic, energetic leader and well regarded by his people, and his mother fondly remembered for being sweet-natured and kind. Althyk, the Keeper — If your character could go back into the past and change one thing, what would it be and why? ● Howl has vague regrets from his trip to Coerthas last summer, but has no idea what he could change, if anything. She's passionate about music, though she hardly lets anyone know it. While lately she can be seen singing in bars and tea houses, she generally keeps quiet about it. Menphina, the Lover — Does your character have any lovers? One now, named Tosheden Muramasa. She absolutely 100% believes he's her soulmate and this, of course, means she's going to inevitably lose him. Thaliak, the Scholar — What topics or subjects does your character like to learn about? Music. Stories. Tea. Herbs. Other people. Nymeia, the Spinner — Does your character have any extraordinary skills in crafting? Crafting music. maybe. Llymlaen, the Navigator — What is your character’s dream vacation? Where would they go? Who or what would they bring with them? Armi has a long, never seen dream of getting on a big ol' boat and just sailing the world, seeing where it would go. Oschon, the Wanderer — Where is your character from? Where do they consider their home to be now? She grew up in Gridania, as a farmer's daughter and eventually priestess. However, Gridania is hard for her to go back home to, as no one remembers her due to events. For awhile, her home was Ul'dah, buying a house in the Goblet and living alone. Currently, however, she lives with Tosheden in Mist. Byregot, the Builder — What are the building blocks of your character’s personality from their childhood that determines their reactions and behaviors as an adult? I think the biggest thing that really determined how she is now was her time in the Priesthood. She was separated from the rest of society for so long it made her immature, naive, and a bit weird. To this day, she doesn't really understand social norms or jokes. She doesn't really know how to talk to people, constantly talking in slow sentences and never finishing her thoughts. A lot of people take it to mean she's stupid or a bit slow, but really, she just doesn't understand outside society at all. Rhalgr, the Destroyer — If your character had the power, what would they destroy? The idea that people can be unimportant. Azeyma, the Warden — Who has been the most important role model in your character’s life? Ellion Goto. He's been like a father to her ever since she was 18 and he proves to be a valuable resource when it comes to learning about the way the world works. Nald’thal, the Traders — What does your character do for a living? What is their favorite job to work on? What is their least favorite job to do? Her official job is Public Relations in the Night Blades Free Company,but she honestly never feels like she earns it. Ellion most likely gave it to her because it was easy enough for her to do. So, to make up for it, she regular volunteers for missions that require the use of her bow, though she's always conflicted about whether or not she should be on the front lines. Nophica, the Matron — Describe your character’s parents? Who is their mother? Who is their father? Armi's parents don't remember her at all, though both of them are alive and well. Alene, her mother, was a kind, warmhearted woman who is outgoing and extremely emotional. Kason, her father, was always a pulled back kind of person. Quiet, but not shy, just more observant. Armi had a hard time connecting with her father in her youth, which still bothers her to this day. Althyk, the Keeper — If your character could go back into the past and change one thing, what would it be and why? Armi would be quick to say she would never change anything, because changing one thing in the past creates a new and different Armi. Menphina, the Lover — Does your character have any lovers? ● In the past, Val had many loves. Now? Only his Princess, and he'd have it no other way! Thaliak, the Scholar — What topics or subjects does your character like to learn about? ● Val doesn't really like to learn. He sees it as work, and would rather be relaxing or doing something "more worthwhile." Nymeia, the Spinner — Does your character have any extraordinary skills in crafting? ● Val taught himself to cook over time, though he is by no means a chef. He's also pretty decent at weaving--but he'd never admit to it. Llymlaen, the Navigator — What is your character’s dream vacation? Where would they go? Who or what would they bring with them? ● Anywhere he and his Princess could spend some time together away from most people bothering him--likely a beach or their own little private island somewhere. Oschon, the Wanderer — Where is your character from? Where do they consider their home to be now? ● Val's sect of the Wolf tribe was in the Shroud. After he left, he made a home in Limsa, and eventually where ever he could find shelter that night. One of his objectives for getting laid was also being able to stay at the woman's house that night. Now his home is negotiable, but he considers it to be anywhere near his lover. Byregot, the Builder — What are the building blocks of your character’s personality from their childhood that determines their reactions and behaviors as an adult? ● His father was the Nunh of his tribe, and since they are the Wolf tribe, I had his sect act more like wolves. Nunhs were the most physically fit, and thus the alpha males, and thus the leader. It, coupled with a lot of females finding him attractive at a young age, resulted in the ego and pride that most people know him for.  Rhalgr, the Destroyer — If your character had the power, what would they destroy?  ● Garleans. Not all of them--just a few in particular. Azeyma, the Warden — Who has been the most important role model in your character’s life? ● Faye has taught him more about life than anyone before him ever could. She taught him how to love, how to be gentle and sweet, yet fierce, and how to live in society.. sort of. Nald’thal, the Traders — What does your character do for a living? What is their favorite job to work on? What is their least favorite job to do? ● Val is currently the Warden of the Harbingers of Dawn. As such, he is Faye's right hand and is charged with protecting both her and the rest of the members of the company. He absolutely loves when he does his job well and it makes her smile. He hates being forced to be nice to others, especially if he considers them not worth his time. He loves it when someone gives him a reason to throw them out or smack them around. Nophica, the Matron — Describe your character’s parents? Who is their mother? Who is their father? ● Val's mother and father were the alpha male and female of his tribe. Althyk, the Keeper — If your character could go back into the past and change one thing, what would it be and why? ● Initially, I think there are things that Val would like to change. He'd probably not act as he did to result in him not being kicked out of his tribe, and thus he'd still be hidden in the forests of the Shroud. ..But realizing that he'd never have a chance to have the adventures he's had, meet the friends he's made, and marry the woman he's married, I don't think Val would change a thing. Defending those in need and righting wrongs are a close second. Of course, "wrong" is open to interpretation. Menphina, the Lover — Does your character have any lovers? ●Yes. Thaliak, the Scholar — What topics or subjects does your character like to learn about? ● Warren took up researching aetherial components and theory during one of his less-recent crises, and while the subject absolutely staggered him, he finds it challenging to try and understand. Never know when that might come in handy. Nymeia, the Spinner — Does your character have any extraordinary skills in crafting? ● Nope. Warren's skills with a hammer are limited to upkeeping his equipment. He's gotten good at that, but he's not a creator. Llymlaen, the Navigator — What is your character’s dream vacation? Where would they go? Who or what would they bring with them? ● Vacation? Warren can't do vacation. He's got a lot of issues "switching off." If we disallow that, though, he wouldn't mind going on one of those big pleasure cruises. He grew up traveling trade routes, but the sea is still new and exciting to him. Oschon, the Wanderer — Where is your character from? Where do they consider their home to be now? ● As mentioned, Warren sort of grew up all over Thanalan and La Noscea. He's settled in Ul'dah, though - specifically, with the people there. Presently, he feels home is where the heart is. Byregot, the Builder — What are the building blocks of your character’s personality from their childhood that determines their reactions and behaviors as an adult? ● Warren was always a big strong kid. He took great care to try and not use that to become a bully, and that in turn helped shape his knack for looking out for the proverbial little guy. He's a firm believer in earning your keep, and providing help to those who might need it. Rhalgr, the Destroyer — If your character had the power, what would they destroy? ● I don't have a satisfying answer to this. I guess it would be the weakness in men's hearts that tempt them to do wrong to one another? Let's go with that. Azeyma, the Warden — Who has been the most important role model in your character’s life? ● Role models... What is their favorite job to work on? What is their least favorite job to do? ● Warren is a Free Paladin by trade, though he works more as a private investigator than anything. He's also overtaken the Grindstone, and he enjoys being able to give those seeking an outlet a safe place to beat the tar out of each other. If rivalries can be solved in the Wash, that's one less fight that spills out into the streets. His least favorite part is being forced to enforce the rules with those who seemingly seek to only break them. Nophica, the Matron — Describe your character’s parents? Who is their mother? Who is their father? ● I'm working on revealing that. Birth-wise Warren doesn't know, but he was raised as part of a traveling trading community. Althyk, the Keeper — If your character could go back into the past and change one thing, what would it be and why? ● He once lacked the strength to stand on his own two feet, and he doesn't know if he can ever forgive himself for that. Menphina, the Lover — Does your character have any lovers? ● Not yet. She doesn't quite grasp the concept of love enough to allow herself to put it in practice. She has a loving "siblings", though! Thaliak, the Scholar — What topics or subjects does your character like to learn about? ● Short answer, basically anything. She has a preference for anything relating to aetherial practices. She is curious about pretty much everything related to Eorzea (or its people) that she may not yet know, though. Nymeia, the Spinner — Does your character have any extraordinary skills in crafting? ● She is somewhat of a spellcrafter, if that counts. If there is no known solution to a magical ailment, she'll figure one out. She's almost entirely useless at any kind of physical crafting, though. Llymlaen, the Navigator — What is your character’s dream vacation? Where would they go? Who or what would they bring with them? ● Anywhere she's never been. Preferably somewhere with some ruins or magical artifacts to observe/experiment with. Oschon, the Wanderer — Where is your character from? Where do they consider their home to be now? ● Where she's from is ambiguous. She's clearly not from Eorzea, considering her blatant ignorance of Eorzean customs. She currently resides in the Shroud with her "family". Her lack of a personality early on is one of her most important traits, and one that brings out the new complexity of her once "simple" mind. Rhalgr, the Destroyer — If your character had the power, what would they destroy? ● Anything that limits traveling between worlds and Aether planes, so that people can go beyond where they're from and see an unlimited amount of new things. Most notably; the lethality of the Void's corrupting effects. Azeyma, the Warden — Who has been the most important role model in your character’s life? ● Ciel's "sister", Zaku, has been her friend for the longest time, as well as the first person to bring out her ability to "feel", something which she'd always been incapable of. Althyk, the Keeper — If your character could go back into the past and change one thing, what would it be and why? ● There are actually too many things she could change. But most notably, she would try to prevent her former mentor's demise, something she never actually cared about until she became acquainted with feelings. WAYWARD SAGE: Halone, the Fury — What is your character passionate about? ● Strength, of both mind and body. She wishes to be worthy of the people surrounding her. Menphina, the Lover — Does your character have any lovers? ● She is forever sworn to the strong and beautiful Zuri Bacchus. She put her heart and soul in her care, and they are now hers to do as she pleases. Thaliak, the Scholar — What topics or subjects does your character like to learn about? ● Sage absolutely loves reading, and will always be happy to share or learn about new authors or genres. Her current favorites are short stories and poetry. Nymeia, the Spinner — Does your character have any extraordinary skills in crafting? ● She's not quite patient enough to sit down and craft, and the best cooking she's ever done was over a campfire. Short answer; no. But she would develop one if she had to. Which she doesn't, at this time. Llymlaen, the Navigator — What is your character’s dream vacation? Where would they go? Who or what would they bring with them? ● Sage is the least picky person ever when it comes to where she wants to be. Her number one criteria is that Zuri has to be there. Wherever the lass wants to be is where she wants to be. Oschon, the Wanderer — Where is your character from? Where do they consider their home to be now? ● She comes from a Southern tribe of Hellsguard Roegadyn at Abalathia's Spine. Right now, she lives in a cottage in the Lavender Beds with a few other people. Byregot, the Builder — What are the building blocks of your character’s personality from their childhood that determines their reactions and behaviors as an adult? ● A childhood trauma left Sage completely and utterly frightened by magic. While she's recovered enough to bear the sight of it, she has a lingering strong dislike for the practice. That same trauma left her with severely low self-esteem and depressive tendencies. She's often sad, a feeling she hides behind a generally grumpy attitude. Rhalgr, the Destroyer — If your character had the power, what would they destroy? ● Nothing specific. Having the power to destroy doesn't mean you should make use of it. She would keep that power to defend herself and those she loves, no more, no less. Azeyma, the Warden — Who has been the most important role model in your character’s life? ● Her tutor, Roaring Blaze, was the man who taught her everything she knows about being a Warrior. He helped her focus her mind and tame her many conflicted emotions, helping her to overcome some of her fears in the process. Nald’thal, the Traders — What does your character do for a living? What is their favorite job to work on? What is their least favorite job to do? ● She's mostly an odd-jobber, taking work where there is work. Her several years of inactivity due to an injury left her unable to settle, something she still has yet to do. Nophica, the Matron — Describe your character’s parents? Who is their mother? Who is their father? ● Sage's mother, Silent Frost, is a councilwoman in her tribe, making her one of the few making final decisions that will affect the tribe as a whole. She is a great model of calm and serenity, as well as an exemplary leader. She has two daughters, but their father is completely unknown. She was very close to Roaring Blaze for a long time, which made him the closest thing Sage had to a father. Althyk, the Keeper — If your character could go back into the past and change one thing, what would it be and why? ● Again, she would change nothing. She recognizes that there are many events in her past which made her extremely miserable, but she also believes it was a necessary pain to the happiness she feels now that she is among people she considers family. Someone who actually knows what they're talking about? Anything. Books? Even more anything. These days, I'm especially interested in population geography, but only as a hobby. Applies to fish, too, you know. Nymeia, the Spinner — Do you have any extraordinary skills in crafting? ● Extraordinary? I know how to make all sorts of things. I've learned from a lot of different people all over Eorzea. But I wouldn't call any of them extraordinary. The best I've got is amateur chemistry. What is your least favorite job to do? ● I find things and fix things, things that don't necessarily want to be found, and problems that need to be fixed before too many people know they're broken. I like doing things so that the only people who know I've succeeded are me and the person who paid me.
