-Hardly ever uses anyone's actual names; instead he opts to call them by (usually hurtful) nicknames.
-As a tribal Miqo'te, he sees no problem with being nude during a torrid afternoon.
-He can sometimes be found sharpening his own teeth with various unsanitary utensils.
-He loves a friendly (or not so friendly) argument.
-Usually does not respect anyone (especially women because wannabe Nunh) until they've proven to be proficient in close quarters combat.
-He scratches at his groin. A lot.
-He picks at his nose.
-When he has been sweating or when he's particularly dirty, he grooms himself.
-He unintentionally bares his sharpened teeth whenever he grins.
-Stares at female's breasts and often comments about them. " 'S a glamour, ain't it, them two? "

As was revealed in a Balmung Bulletin Board posting, Steel has a small butt...and is very self-conscious about the fact. Matter of fact, she's very much a fusser over her form, despite her braggadocio and insistence to the contrary.
As much as she adores Lalafell, she has an aversion to smelling them. Mercifully, her height advantage has rendered this a non-issue...
She hates tunnels. She's been in too much open ground and lived on the seaside of La Noscea too long to be cooped up in small spaces. Not claustrophobic, but just far more on edge in tunnels or tight, narrow spaces.

Cliaux Rondelet:

She hates beer. A lot. Despises the stuff.
Has a strong fear of insects. She'll fight them, but doesn't enjoy the matter, on account of striking them with her fists and feet "feels crunchy and weird".
She finds the male sexual organ a horrifying thing, and so any form of outfit that suggests its existence causes her intense discomfort.
Carries an unnatural love of poultry dishes.

For my itinerant bard, Nathan...

- Constantly refers to women as "love" or "my dear", and has been chastised about it more than once. However he'll slip right back into it within minutes, and sometimes deliberately.

- Is very strongly attracted to female Roegadyn, even those who are significantly taller than he is (though that is fewer than you'd think - see below). However, he seems to keep finding himself actually in contact with lady Miqo'te much more often, despite this preference. It's probably just a numbers game, he tells himself.

- Is as tall and broad as any Highlander Hyur can be; it gives him an unconscious swagger sometimes, left over from his youth in the troupe, when being the biggest kid in his generation kept him from having to fight a lot by default. (see below)

- Has a nose that is oddly squarish for his species. (the character model does, if you look...) It's not terribly off, but sometimes he thinks it might explain his attraction to the Roes; his mother did mention to him that she liked "big men", but Nathan never knew his father.

- Is very slow to anger and physical aggression, as a result of several of the above characteristics. Though he's been in his share of bar fights, he'd prefer not to, since he relies on the goodwill of tavern keepers for much of his livelihood.

- Is somewhat turned off by passivity as a characteristic in people. In fact, in flirting, he actually prefers the company of outwardly confrontational women to the shy, giggling types, even if this costs him a potential connection. Boredom is not attractive.

- Makes a point of trying to catch the sunrise every day, which has a healing effect on his psyche, and reminds him that every day can bring something new. If he's hung over from the previous night, he might drift off again mid-morning, though.

- Can't resist talking circles around people, if he can get away with it. It helps him to figure out whether someone he's met is truly interesting, or too dull to keep up or learn more about. It's a rather unfair judgment sometimes, but it also screens out the passive ones (see above). He will make exceptions if he observes other, respectable gifts in people.

- Has a favorite, rare drink: "Madjack Red" a potent and spiced red rum that comes in a crimson bottle. He enjoys it so much that "Jack" is often referred to as a person and boon companion, but he will not order the beverage unless he is in a truly good mood, so as never to associate it with anything but happiness and good times.

-Sometimes,Â she can stare at people and observe them, as if she was invisible and they were interesting animals. This is what I call "ghost mode".

-Doesn't speak more than what's necessary, and assumes people still understand.

-Hates fishing. This is because her mind tends to wander far away while waiting, so she doesn't noticeÂ when a fishÂ is biting.

-Follows an imaginary cat whenever she sees him.

Doendraga HATES birds, and outside of their occasional usefulness (i.e. homing pigeons) or role as food, he avoids them all together.Â

A lifetime of watching seagulls crap all over the place, and pelicans eating...well...ANYTHING they can fit into their mouths (he once saw one try to eat a Lalafell) has convinced him that all birds are filthy, soulless monsters.

-Likes to people watch.

-Often glances at attractive Miqo'tes and Hyurs... Especially those who are well-endowed, curvy, and those with attires that show plenty of skin...

-Flusters a lot, socially, despite being seemingly sociable and approachable.

-Has a bit of a perfectionist mindset even though he'd agree that there's no such thing as perfection nor does one need to struggle for it and just be their best...

-Can fluctuate between two ends: Smart or clueless, wise or simple, blunt or reserved, bold or shy, flirty or blush-y.

-Long-winded, leading to clarify himself, summarize himself, or apologize himself overly... which consequently makes him use more words...

-Cares a lot... Maybe too much

-Willing to make even the most corny, facepalm-able jokes.

-Flusters a lot under high praises and compliments as well as from those intimate, in-your-face flirts and teases.... or he will return those flirts and teases back, depending... It's a hit or miss.

-Likes to receive and give massages to females... If there were any.

Wa'gozah'a Nunh

-Likes to be alone, but often times at isolated corners in a public place or near one...

-Does not push away females despite his desire for solitude.

-Likes to people watch.

-His ears are sensitive... Rubbing them relaxes him... They just feel too good for him to fuss about anything...

-Is more open to female Miqo'tes than other female races considering the Miqo'te Keeper's past with the Seekers...

-Is a closet pervert.

-Loses his cool easily when his tail is yanked.

-Sometimes nuzzles with those he deems close... Until he realizes what he is doing and stops...

-Tends to be somewhat fidgety. Usually itâ€™s just something like playing with the hem of her shirt when sitting, though if she gets stressed out or is thinking hard she starts to pace. Especially if sheâ€™s alone.
-Always keeps a spell in her pocket. Literally. Mostly itâ€™s a last resort thing in the event that someone manages to get her grimoire from her.
-Canâ€™t conjure worth a damn, despite being reasonably good at other types of magic.
-Has a massive sweet tooth. Yes, it is possible to bribe her with chocolate.
-Can be rather self-conscious about her appearanceâ€¦ though if you point that out to her expect a book to be thrown in your direction.

A lot of these are listed on her wiki, but:

-Vira tends to naturally glare in a very discomforting manner, even when feeling neutral or slightly good.
-Her accent is practically nonexistent. However, her language training was very focused and some phrases and terminology elude her. She still falls into Doman when particularly wroth.
-She almost always wears an eyepatch in honor of her Master.
-Her eyes also are odd due to one eye being partially dilated all the time from an old minor injury.
-She is usually fearless, but phobic of hurricanes and intense storms.
-Vira is a materialist who has difficulty wrapping her head around immaterial concepts, or "things she can't punch," therefore she fears ghosts and struggles with magic.
-Vira still doesn't know how babies are made.
-When cooking, Vira tends to break things, but the food usually turns out well. Seeing her cook is a sight to behold...
-Her eating is a sight to behold too.
-She has a height complex and is jealous of smaller Lalafell.
-Uncomfortable and shy in feminine clothes.
-Though her voice is smooth and quiet, she has the singing voice of a dying cat.Â
-On that note, she has a weakness for small cute things, including cats and smaller, cuter Lalafell.
-She dutifully respects how her Master did her hair and will not change her pigtails, dying them to resemble black hair.
-Her natural hair color is closer to pinkish maroon.
-When (rarely) terrified, Vira likes to hide in a cramped, dark place, like a barrel or box.
-When angry or stressed, she likes to get atop the highest point she can find.
-Her ears droop a bit more than most Lalafell and are short and stubby. They lack feeling compared to some others, being beaten around the head so much. They will still twitch if she is excited or startled.

Let's see:

Alothia tends to be self conscious about her looks, whether it be her pale skin or the bit of stomach she has. She will try to dress to conceal those insecurities as best she can.
She is insanely jealous and will have complete mood shifts if she feels as if she's being threatened.
As much as she tries to deny it, she does love the creatures of Eorzea, even ones that she has to kill for one reason or another. She likes to think that their deaths weren't in vain.
She loves to drink...and it doesn't take much for her to act goofy when doing it. Although it comes out in more than one way, depending on her mood.
She enjoys smutty romance novels. She's even tried her hand at writing a few, although under a pen name no one would recognize.

For Y'lani...

She gets fidgety and anxious in tight spaces. After living in a makeshift village with open land surrounding her tribe, she wasn't too acquainted with small spaces until she made her way to Ul'dah, which granted her a shock she isn't too quick to forget.
Y'lani is so used to adorning herself in the bones of the animals she has slayed that she gets uncomfortable without them on her. One display of her strength and tribal bonds, gone; the very thought of it makes her want to wrap her accessories tighter around her neck and ears.
The Miqo'te is covered in scratches of all kinds and has no way to explain them. She'll sometimes guess, but all she knows for sure is that they're most likely from hunting or sparring ventures.
She'll sing gibberish to herself if nobody is around. Were anybody to hear her, they might assume that the language she is singing is from her tribe. Oddly, the only language Y'lani knows is Eorzean.
Her ears and nose twitch whenever she's around a large crowd of people, trying to pick out each different scent. This is especially prominent in the Grindstone.
If she is unsure of somebody, she'll be quick to challenge them to a sparring match. Whether she wins or loses isn't what sways her opinion. Instead, she will deliberately feint attacks and mess with them to test their reactions.
Despite having a brash nature in social situations, she has a habit of planning out "everything that matters". This can range from when she should feed her chocobo to how she should carry out a fight against an overwhelming opponent.
She tends to repeat things. "I wanted to pay tribute, pay tribute to him."

Jajara Jara:

Also on team Birds Are Terrible. The only one she really trusts is her own chocobo, Dinner, and even then... Having to fend off ravenous desert birds from preying on your clanmates can leave a bit of a grudge! And those horrible sea birds...!! HORRIBLE.
An absolute workaholic. She is rarely at ease if she doesn't have one task or another in mind, and often forgoes food and sleep if she has to to get things done.
Exists in a state of near-perfect obliviousness, and is often clueless about social clues unless it's spelled out for her. She still has no idea that she has some rank in her free company despite having been promoted months ago.
Unsettled by Elezen. Their proportions just weird her out, and remind her of ghost stories she heard as a child. It does not help that her company leader is, while a generally decent person, a bit spooky.
Mostly vegetarian. She will eat meat but does not like it especially much, and if given a choice will probably always go for simple vegetables and the like over succulent meats. She dislikes complicated or overly bold flavours and, if cooking for herself, rarely uses any seasonings besides a bit of salt and pepper.

Delial Grimsong:

Only seems to ever apologize to people she genuinely cares about. That list is, unsurprising to most who know her, very short - but it is far longer than she might care for it to be in actuality.
Is mildly claustrophobic and does not take kindly to being bound. She jokes a lot about her friends and such in law enforcement, etc, being kindly enough to not put her in irons but it would probably stop being funny the moment it actually does happen.
If she drinks enough, she might start sounding like a 'proper' Ala Mhigan and slightly less like a tremendously uptight jerk.
^ Also she chatters more when adequately inebriated. A lot more.
Has a thing for pet-names. Duckling, dearest, darlings and the like are just as likely to be attached to people she dislikes as often as to those she is fond of.

she likes to drink but for the most part doesn't go too far past her limit (which seems to be pretty high despite her small frame)

she has a horrid sweet tooth and has expensive taste for things....(like an illegally purchased fur coat made of moogle fur... >.>;; )

when engrossed in fixing something; she tends to lose hours/forgets to eat/sleep.

hates bugs of any kind and giant ones are the worst (which works great with her living in ul'dah currently...)

loves warm weather because it allows her to dress more comfortably... (ie skimpy)

can and will change speech patterns/small mannerisms depending on who she's talking to.

not really a character quirk so much as a physical but clio's really short for a highlander. :T

Cylin:

-She could probably eat you out of house and home if given half the chance. She's always hungry, due in part to a poor diet, and when given good food to eat will wolf it down until she becomes utterly sick from the attempt.
-Can often be found cracking her knuckles absentmindedly as she goes about her daily tasks.
-Cannot drink to save her life. She's a one and done sort of individual, in so far as that after one she'll have a horrible headache and want to go curl up somewhere warm to sleep it off.Â
-Allergic to pears.
-Practices good hygeine when possible, but doesn't have much of an aversion to getting dirty all the same. Once went an entire day caked with mud simply because there was no easy access to water nearby and didn't complain or really care about that fact until someone else started wrinkling their nose.
-Cannot sing to save her life, but that doesn't stop her from singing traveler's songs when she thinks no one is looking.
