The glass may be half full so it makes it opportune to soak someone with or engage in hijinks. Now she only needs a way to make a friend of hers consume the glass by accident.

Keraya thinks the glass is just there, and if "you're" whining because it's not full enough then perhaps "you" should refill it, instead of complaining.
Playing some character, maybe on Balmung, maybe not.

Amh thinks that no right-minded individual would leave a half of glass of water out, unfinished. Therefore, it is poisoned and must be done away with. She gift wraps it and has it delivered back to the wood wailer barracks. It must have come from there.
