Hi there! There is a thriving EU community on Balmung and there's definitely more than one EU FC too (I run one and know of several others so
)  Have a look around again, some FC/LSs describe themselves as EU/NA or EU-friendly. Check out the EU RP directory for a list of players and groups, and the Balmung EU linkshell is a big collection of EU roleplayers also. Hope this helps!
