Hello everyone : )

I am looking for thaumaturge connexions.
I do have a thaumaturge teacher (and he's the best I could have for Melisande, so I'm not looking for another :p), but I would like to have more rp with mage characters, as my character is still a beginner in this field and have a lot to learn by meeting other thaumaturges and perhaps train with them.Â

As for my character itself, she will not get along with everyone (she is xenophobic, so forget all au'ra connexions - it won't work). She is not a nice person, at all (proud, arrogant, ishguard-centered, hateful). She shall respect only elezen, with exception for everyone that can impress her (although it can change in a better or worst way regarding who she meets). Now that you know she can be very annoying sometimes, and would not at all be a cute adorable person for some reasons, please feel free to send a friend request at "La Pacificatrice".

As a xenophobic thaumaturge RPer myself, I can assure you Jet'a would highly disapprove of Ul'dahn thaumaturgy being in the hands of a filthy Ishgardian!!

Ahh well that put my au ra out of the question. I've dabbled with thalmataurgy in bit but need to flush it out.

All in all zeke sees thalmataurgy as a form of aether manipulation and doesn't mind how ans where it comes from, but also wants to understand the local history behind it's usage.

You can always join the army of people I've offended because they were
- au'ra
- strangers
- lowborns
- lacking propriety
- insulting Ishguard in any way
- heretics (with or without proofs)
- worshiping false deities
- not correctly dressed
- not ishguardians.

Oh my, she won't either, she keeps it a secret from any ishguardian. Would be fun if they figured out they share the same secret. But I don't know how they would though xD But sure Smile

I can think of a way....Ashe has had aether sight as a thing before 3.0 made it canon but it's not like super broken (it's on his wiki). He mostly uses it for mapping aether currents and figuring out how shit works but I always had the head canon that aether flows around mages differently, especially black mages. But thaumaturges too since they kinda of use and deplete their own aether regularly, etc. Technically speaking, he already saw it xPP

My character Frejyalen is a practicing thaumaturge, though most of her teaching is from the methods she learned in her own country growing up. Â But she does frequent the Ossuary in Ul'dah where she continued to hone her craft after moving to Ul'dah a year or so ago.

She is always down to share the knowledge of her country's people, if your character would be interested~
