Balmung's premium performers' linkshell.

THE MISSION
Welcome to the Bard Rock cafe! This is an open linkshell for IC performers. We aim to create a network of creative miscreants and spread musical mischief to the rest of the community through IC and OOC collaboration.

This linkshell is intended as an open OOC space to connect performers, share event announcements, and put together venues unaffiliated with other organizations or FCs.

JOINING
This is not a bards-only linkshell! If your character is a performer -- that is, if they go up on a stage and live the good show-business life -- you are free to join. Performers-in-training and students are encouraged to join for the purpose of finding a mentor or teacher. We also welcome patrons of the arts**: IC leaders and wealthy characters willing to fund freelancing performers and hosting open stage venues. Just send one of us a /tell or a PM here, and let us know what kind of mischief your character is into.

RULES

We strive to be an inclusive linkshell -- we welcome beginners and choose to teach by example over policing others' RP quality.

We do not tolerate harassment of other players, hate speech, or slurs.

Should you have a problem with another LS member, contact the LS leader (Marcellain Chevallier/Marcy), or take it to whispers. Do try to leave your grievances at the door -- we are here to have fun, and to make RP fun for others!

Finally, this is a LS made by the community for the community -- so if you're excited with the prospect of participating in events, meeting new faces, and helping other performers grow, this is the place for you!

**please note that priority invites will go to performers first -- can't have a performers' linkshell without them!

Firstly, I am tickled to death by the name.Â Secondly, I'm a newly returning player who didn't learn very much the first two weeks I played, which was over 5 months ago.
My character isn't 100% fleshed out yet but I'm super interested in this, and am leaning pretty precariously in the direction of having her be an entertainer type.

What I'm trying to ask is, got space for a noobypoop?

Of course! Welcome back to the server, and welcome to the performance scene. There are some really awesome people running the show and willing to show the ropes, and it's definitely something I would recommend plunging into.

Try to hit some events, see what people do -- I'd be happy to give you some connections to get started.
