Mateus RP/Casual PvE Free Company! The Celestial Emporium <EM-RP> is a private organization made up of experts from various diversified fields, formed for the dual purposes of researching dangerous and unpredictable phenomenon in the world, as well as providing a more specialized and refined "threat disposal" service for those who need something a step above the Adventurer's Guild. We offer a wide range of services including: - Curse lifting (People, objects, and locations) - Aetheric entity removal/exorcism - Supernatural zoological control (see: "monster hunting") - Hazardous cartographic/exploratory ventures - And more! We also curate and maintain an archive of all our gathered knowledge and various artifacts and even entities, both hazardous and harmless. In addition, we make a select few curious and trinkets available for purchase within our emporium, for the discerning collector in order to help fund our operations and research. All objects available for purchase are inert and entirely safe. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rank Information: New Hire- You just got hired, and will be assigned to an official position shortly. Assessor- The eyes and ears of the Emporium. Hydaelyn is a big place, and information is a resource you can’t place too much value in. Assessors are spies, scouts, and when needed can take on a more direct role in the field. Such as assets that need to be... appropriated. Or liabilities that need dispatching. Security- We’re certainly no militant force, but like anyone else in the world with things of value, we need protection from those who want what we have. Whether it’s guarding the Emporium itself, or bringing strength to the field to assist in the acquiring of assets, our security force is an indispensable resource. Researcher- Our work often involves things we don’t immediately understand. And even when we do, the researchers job is never done. Whether you’re a zoologist, botanist, runologist, engineer, historian, or medical expert- research is the backbone of our free company, and you’ll find yourself right at home here. Curator Council- Those who manage day to day operations within the Emporium, typically each council member is given a specific aspect of operations to oversee. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OOC/PvE Information: As many of us are still getting accustomed to and learning the game, we don’t exactly have set PvE goals yet, so to speak. What we can say for sure is we’ll be aiming for somewhere between hardcore and casual, without making things too stressful or intense. Socially we're a very welcoming and casual group of people who simply enjoy making friends, being doofuses, and enjoying the game in the company of cool people we can consider friends. We're very much LGBTQIA+ friendly, and we take things like bullying, slurs, and other unpleasant behavior seriously.
