Thank you for the quick reply. I actually found both of those pages (my name follows the correct naming conventions for a fem Lalafell Plainsfolk, right?) I can't think of any question in particularly in mind. I was hoping to get a general knowledge on Lalafell personality type/lifestyle/sociology so that I can try and fill out my character's personality and history as to why she is the way she is now. Also, I don't know much of the lore within the FFXIV realm and I don't want my character to come off as clueless when something is mentioned that I don't quite know about. Sorry if I am being needy.

On thing that I am going to try to do for my character is to spin her class and her personality together with a hint of irony. You made a mention of a shy personality that leads the party into battle as a tank, this is something that I intend to do (my character development is still in its elementary stages so its not definite). There are a few ways that I have thought of on how to justify a character with this sort of "flaw", but I am still in the works of it all. Obviously if I can't make it work then it won't be... Hello all, I may simple just be entering the wrong keywords into my search engine, however, I am having some difficulties in finding some lore (namely on Lalafells). I have a skeleton of what my character's backstory may be (and her personality as well), however, there a few voids in this development that I feel a little bit of lore may help fill. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

Main Character: Tekiki Teki (Fem. Lalafell) Playtimes: Varies wildly. My job likes to keep things fresh (or so I tell myself) by having me sporadically open and close back to back, so I will be on when I can. On my days off I can be up until the wee hours of the morning so you will probably find more often than not. Sever: Gilgamesh Rp Style: In early game play it will be very casual (as for the account that I have not decided on what kinds of character this character will play as), however, once I develop Tekiki enough I will be set to rp heavy. I do enjoy PVE and especially PVP so I may be caught up doing either of the formers, but feel free to send me a tell if anyone is looking to do some rp (most of the time I will be free to do so). Looking forward to meeting all of the Gilga rpers and I am loving how supportive the rp community is for this game. See you in Open beta!
