Do we have much lore on the PvP in FFXIV? Primarily Frontlines? This is the most I could find but "civilised warfare" is a fairly vague description, do the city-states have actual battles on these fields where people die and get injured or is there a hand waved explanation for how these groups can engage in warfare and there be no casualties?
