SOOO much I want to do....so much time to do it in...but...can't log in..STILL! lol

It's 1PM PST/4PM EST and NA/EU world list is down STILL. ungh....

I normally don't have issues around 7 or 8am PST logging in, but this morning there is a plethora of issues...no access to "START" the game due to "Lobby" connection issues, then the lovely error 1017, and then just a blank character select screen. Has it just gone retarded? I finally get to my days off...and I'm welcomed to utter frustration. Is ANYONE able to get in and play this morning? Or are the servers filled with AFKers?

I'm just thrilled that with my posting I was able to bring more of us together! Perhaps we should make a Virtue LS! lol

Good News! If you purchased the FFXIV 1.0 CE and registered it way back when, your original 1.0 AND new 2.0 ARR CE items are now available via your in game mailbox. Just log out and log back in. All the CE items from 1.0 and the new 2.0 (including the mount and chocobo behemoth armor) are being given out now.

Well I was able to get myself and my wife on Balmung this morning. However, you can't play atm. Lovely 1017 once more. Sheesh. Oh well, it'll all get sorted out.

Hah, nice to see a fellow Virtue player on these forums. Not sure I ever got a chance to RP with you but I knew a whole host of players in the GAH and was one of the officers in a coalition supergroup. Nice to see a fellow COH player in general!! Still can't get into ANY server...gotta love 1017.

Also on Balmung here Well, not right NOW since Balmung hates everything and everyone, but that's where S'janna lives when I can actually play her.

My wife and I were both able to create characters in Balmung just now. The characters are in our character select screen with the world name and everything..however every time we try to log in with them we get a "This world is full" and an error 1017 message. Not even a que. Are the servers down fully? Or so full the que's don't even work any more? I'm just wondering why we were able to create characters and select Balmung, but not actually play. At least we are one step closer!!

Greetings all! I am new to FFXIV:ARR, but I had bought FFXIV when it first came out. My very first MMO was FFXI and I RP'd there as well as in WOW but most extensively in City of Heroes. I have heard that Gilgamesh is the RP server for FFXIV and it saddens me that I am unable to get there. Where does Gilgamesh overflow go? Anywhere? I'm glad to be here...I just can't wait to meet you all in Gilgamesh at some point!
