I prefer lower population servers for this reason,(quality over quantity) the RP community gets wattered down with all the OOC players on heavy load servers and then when the RPers get trolled on they just move into there groups/guilds/linkshels/FCs or wherever they are not mocked/bullied for openly RPing. I just figure its more that players are still playing through the content and exploring the world, (thats kinda where im at right now.) as time goes on and everyone settles down i think RP will start to flow more in the open world. Hopefully.

What about making a JP server a RP server? (since they seem to have less down time and lower population then the us/eu servers.) Or would there be some negative to that? Besides the higher chance of lag. Just a thought... Im new to the community and dont want to step on any toes, heh.

I find this interesting as well. I dont know if my character would fit in as i am still building her backstory and such. As of right now i can only get on the balmung server and have been trying since the launch of early release to get on gilgamesh. Anyways hope i can work my way into your group somehow with the server issues and such.sounds fun
