Well, I have been playing quite a lot in the last two days and I must admit that more you play the game, more you catch the little tricks and more the game is fun. Alright, everyone, or mostly, believes there's some side-quests hidden, so that will be more content and I will never refuse some... But my scary feelings, my depression over the game mechanics is going away softly. I am ready for launch and today, I will try with the help of my linkshell to craft my self a Bronze Labrys!

Can someone tell me where's the repair shop in Ul'Dah?

Erg... I won't comment on this than... I thought most of the quests were still on a hide during the OB... Erm...

I was wondering if anyone got any quests (not guildleve, but the actual story quests) after the one we get at the beginning? One of my friend, who's in Ul'Dah told me he went back to that first person he talked and he did advance a little bit more, he did some kind of Gladiator combat... So, I decided to do the same thing and to go talk to that first quest giver I had in Gridania, but on my side, nothing... So I am still doing guildleve... Thanks for the help!

I was reading on many mmorpgs website and the impression of players aren't so great and on my side, I am a bit sad about it, because I feel like at my place in this game, it's like a new challenge and even if there's some bugs around, and this is normal for a MMORPG, plus some quests are hidden by SE (we suppose and hope) well the game in general is well done... On your side, are you optimistic about the future of this game too, or I am just the lonely day dreamer around?

I have difficulty to believe that there's no "campaign or story quest" after the starter city... I mean, FF series were all about the story... Anyone is sure about this?

Hey, I did a strip-tease in a Moslan concert once and propose to my girlfriend in there! You just had to make sure you make something out of the ordinary, not just telling sentence and your song... Maybe the two only songs who kinda had some kind of interactivity with the crowd during the 8 months I went at those events... But I agree that we need some kind of interactivity with the people... There was one event, a Karnival at the begining of Aion, where there was a duel championship, that was fun...

Well Alvaruz will be "Roegadyn" because it suits him in RP. Alvaruz is a fierce character and the body and the back story just suit him really good. I usually never play a "cross-gender" toon, unless it's necessary because of RP and when I have an idea behind the mind for RP, I always try to take the body that fits the best. I normaly, in most MMOs, play human, but this time, I decided to try something else!
