We a new RP FC, with the stated goal of purging Hydaelyn (not just Eorzea) of the Garlean plague. Phase 1 is to recruit as many bodies a possible. This includes healers, gatherers, crafters, fighters, and casters of all type. To build out a self-sufficient company that can withstand the pressures of the Garlean threat. If you are up to the task you can join and swear our oath to become a fellow Hydaelynsworn. If you are already a member of another Free Company, but want join in our fight against the Garleans. You my join our LS as a Hydaelynally. If you want to join in our RP but not fight against the Garleans. You are welcome to join our LS as our eyes and ears as a Hydaelynfriend. Hi! Everyone, I have been floating around here lurking for a while as I think up my character. Now that I have most of his back-story done. I am to start on his personality and so on. And with that updating the wiki page here. In the next few days I will do so. However in the mean time... I am looking for some RPers to call my friends. I have seen a few around the various areas of Balmung... but none called out to me to have me join with them. I am not sure if this is because RP as I have always envisioned, strove for, and enjoyed... isn't present here or more simply it is well hidden. The kind of RP I speak of is RP that is heavily founded upon the lore of the realm, RP where PCs aren't in roles that could massively impact or change the existing or future lore of the game, and most of all RP that has objectives, goals, and/or resolutions. I guess I mean I am looking for RP that is as immersive, entertaining, and fun as the game's own story. I attempted to start my own FC with no takers in the call... So now I turn to you all in hopes that you know of an FC or LS that can help provide what I seek. In return you will have a loyal and helpful RPer among you all.

Views on IC romance: It is acceptable and often times encouraged. Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): It is acceptable and often times encouraged. Again please request permission via tell if it is history altering. Ex. Becoming my long lost brother. Views on lore: Lore is meant to provide a common framework for all of us. I expect other to respect it. Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): /say is what I use when RP'ing unless someone is around that dislikes RP then I will move to /tell or /party if multiple people are involved. /linkshell is fine if there is a RP reason for me to have access and so on. /tell by default for me is always considered OOC.
