Hello Misao and Co, I remember my first foray into MMO-RPGing and it really was one of the most amazing experiences, and that was on WoW. My point being, that Final Fantasy is a world seemingly built by RPers FOR RPers and I for one am glad that i am not the only person to force their friends to get a game with them to ensure fun will be had. Well, I am on Balmung now as well, currently only a lvl 12 GLD heading for PLD-ism. So look me up or give me a whisper(or a shout) if you see me in passing, the names Vaal Redwind, but just call me VI.

Lol, thats a very elegant way to describe what mos tadults deem moody teen-ism, but Vaal is a boy, a very Cptn. Harkness/Whuvian boy, but a boy nonetheless and I am sure loads of 'snarking' will ensue and I would love to interact with as many people as possible, including you too Mage. Now that I have the hang of the story I will smash through the early stages of leveling and be well on to playing with everyone. Just look for Vaal Redwind.

I am new to FF14, though not to the franchise, my name is VI(you can pronounce it sixx or vee it's really up to you) and I just turned 26 yesterday. I played around on a random server all day yesterday, just getting a feel for the game, but I knew I wanted to dive into the RP realms. So after doing some research I chose Balmund, I would love to have my OC, also Vaal Redwind, to be able to interact with both new story characters as well as 'the legacies' whom existed prior to the destruction. I am just now beginning at level one once more, so if anyone notices the black-tino, short white haired, red and white mismatched eye Paladin to be roaming, feel free to stop and say "Hi," he's a sullen nine-tween year old, outgoing, but with some definite "baggage". The community looks to be set up very nicely and I just can't wait to interact with some of you, well thank you for reading my gushing newbie intro and see you all in Eorzea. -vi
