(I wasn't sure how long the ride from Ishgard to Gridania could be, so I took a guess at a couple days.)

(Sorry for the delay! Been having a hard time using the internet and all that! Hope you guys are enjoying this!)

(Sorry for such a long hiatus! I had planned it to only be for 1 day, but then procrastinated...)

Her face brightened instantly as you said your name, nodding as she replied "Yes, you're the name I'm looking for!" looking like she was about to jump from excitement. Her tail was standing up tall as she continued "You've been out here for quite some time, do you need any food? I have a bit of extra food on me, but we should probably head back to Gridania as soon as possible... I don't exactly like being in these woods for too long." brushing some of the muck from her armor as she looked at you. She sounded genuine, and her eyes were still bright as she started to tug you with a surprising strength before you could reply. She was stronger than she sounded, and tugged roughly at your sleeve as she said "Your friends have been looking all over for you, those merchants seemed pretty worried when they finally asked for help at the tavern I was in." She started to talk your ears off about who had been searching for you, before finally stopping so she could catch her breath, the both of you stopped in the middle of a swamp as she looked around, scratching behind her helmet and muttered "The road was somewhere near here... Was it at the crooked tree, or the one with the burn marks?"

Oh my god! I'm so jealous of you! These are so beautiful, I wish I could so something a quarter as good!

Been playing Warhammer and Total War for a few years now, so this game just makes me happy Seems chaos are a little on the powerful side, and Brettonia is a little on the weak end (If the enemy has majorly spearmen) but everything else seems really well balanced.

Trudging through the grass, dirt, and water had been hell on the knight's legplates, which were muddied and had bits of grass sticking off of it. The helm of the knight was lowered, leaving just a mud covered metal husk with a massive claymore upon it's back walking towards the traveler. As the metal husk approached, it began waving, a feminine voice coming from within "Excuse me sir, have you seen anyone come through this way?" before beginning to jog forwards. As they grew closer, you could make out more details upon the armor, and the form of the figure that wore it. The armor was clearly for a woman, as it was a smaller set than that of a man, a white tail now covered in mud swishing behind the knight, who stopped in front of you putting their hands on their hips. After a moment, the figure reached up, pulling up the visor as it revealed a feminine face beneath, with a few scars and bandages upon it, but definitely that of a female Miqo'te, the ear armor confirming that. She smiled brightly, rubbing behind her head as she said "Sorry, bit rude to ask a question without introducing myself, my name is W'nako Khiki, I'm searching for someone who got lost in these woods." holding out her hand to the traveler as she continued "Any help would be appreciated."

Woohoo! Another person on Gilgamesh! Welcome to the RP scene, and I hope you enjoy it! I'm new here myself, but I have a lot of experience with RP! If you wanna meet some people, I'd say to go on the general chatroom so you can talk to them. Past that, just have fun and be yourself (Well, and your character too )

Welcome Rikh, I'm pretty new here myself so forgive me if I'm not all that much help! For help making a fleshed out character backstory, I guess I would recommend the section "Character Workshop" here on the coalition site. They look pretty helpful from all the previous posts, so hopefully they can help you too! Good FCs? I'm not sure myself... I don't play on Balmung, so I don't know anything that goes on there, but I hope someone can help you with tha tsoon! I'm super shy/anxious as well around new people, so I've never been able to do walk-ups, so here's to hoping we both can get better with it! Good luck and happy RP ahead!

Oh, I already know about how rare she'd be, and how she would've been viewed strangely while there. I also never planned on having her be part of the house blood-wise, I only ever meant as a servant/soldier of the house (Former, at least).

Hey all, I'm pretty new here, and I had already started writing my story before seeing this area... But I wanted to ask here anyways, since not everything is written on my character yet! The idea is basically this: Using the class Dark Knight, but not actually being one ICly, my character is a former knight of Ishgard now wandering around Eorzia. The reasons for her no longer being part of a house isn't clear yet (I haven't gotten a good idea yet, as I still want her to think of Ishgard kindly). Would this character be a good idea, and if anyone has any input or character ideas, that'd be awesome to hear, as I really get nervous about my own ideas. Also, the two bits of lore I've already written for her I made a journal for in the Town Center, which are mainly about her childhood and how she became a knight, and I'm probably going to advance it until it reaches the time of her writing it, and then it would just be me RPing her and writing how she felt/what she thought during the RP!

Hiya everyone! I'm pretty new the the Final Fantasy scene, but have fallen in love with 14: ARR/HW! The game is so much fun, and I love the lore, so I hope I can get along with everyone here! I play on Gilgamesh, and am mainly trying to level right now so I can finally glamour my Dark Knight. Oh, and I don't know if I should ask this in my first post or not: Would playing a Dark Knight just for the big sword, but RPing as an impoverished former knight of Ishgard (As a female Miqo'te) be a decent idea/not lore breaking?
